1:1 psychotherapy
Individualized psychotherapy tailored to your specific treatment needs
Weekly Sessions
Therapy is an individualized process thus may look different from person to person. I will meet you where you are at and help you develop intentional goals for treatment. The therapies I utilize do not require you to retell all the details of your traumatic experiences - I believe you can heal your trauma without reliving your trauma.
Sessions may involve the following:
Sharing your experiences
Being vulnerable and open to the process
Identifying past patterning, programing, and behavioral patterns
Learning new behaviors and learning how to effectively reinforce these behaviors
Engaging in mindfulness and awareness practices
Exploring and identifying values
Processing grief and trauma through developmental stages, somatic experiencing, and cognitive reprocessing
Free initial consultation
$175/hour sessions
Trauma informed yoga
Private yoga practice to aide you in healing psychological trauma trapped in the body
Hatha Yoga
Hatha focuses on posture and breathing techniques to develop right relationship with the mind and body.
Restorative/healing yoga

Consultation for helpers & healers
A safe space for support as you help others on their healing journeys
1:1 or group support
Are you a newer therapist to the field or one who has been in the field for some time and needs more support? You may also be someone who wishes to deepen your knowledge of trauma, DBT, mindfulness, and the therapeutic processes and needs or wants more supervision.
I also have availability for those who are seeking supervision for licensure in MO as I am an approved supervisor.
You could be a group or practice that wants more training on suicide and risk assessment or you could be a group or practice want a specialized yoga class to support the self care of your team.
Whatever the case may be, we are all colleagues and we need each other. I love to share my experiences to help others grow and survive this field because let’s be frank, it’s been a really tough these past few years! We do not need to suffer alone.
I believe we can never have too much support in this field and we never stop learning.
